Can I bring in my own items to have embroidered or screenprinted?

Yes!  However, we are NOT responsible for damage or loss of items not purchased at Thread Works.  The processes used in embroidery and screenprinting can sometimes cause unforeseen damage.  You also do not receive the price breaks for embroidery and screenprinting that we give for items purchased through us. 


What is your turn around time for average orders?

Because each order is unique, the time needed for completion can vary from same day to a week or more.  Bring in your project for a free quote and we can accurately tell you when it will be ready for pickup.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover... and of course - cash!  We do not accept personal checks, however we do accept checks from organizations and businesses who are invoiced through Thread Works.


What is your return policy?

Embellished or personalized items are not returnable.  Returns of blank goods or stock items is at the sole discretion of Thread Works and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.


What format does my art need to be in?

We prefer Vector art (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw,) or the highest resolution jpeg of your design that you have.  In general, we can read all types of image and document files.  The better the art, the better your results will be.  E-Mail us for a free quote and include your design and an idea of your project needs (quantity, colors, etc.) at sales@twlogo.com
